Even modern research says, consumption of PURE OILs will increase High-Density Lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol known as the “good” cholesterol because it helps remove other forms of bad cholesterol (LDL) from our bloodstream. Higher levels of HDL cholesterol are associated with a lower risk of heart disease. Oils which are cold pressed with wooden ghani and non-refined are called as PURE OILS.

Why Refined Oils are Bad ?
Oil is refined by using approx 20 chemicals that are very harmful to us. In short, the process of ‘purifying’ ironically adds few more chemicals to the oils, It means that the oil is treated with acid, or purified with an alkali, or bleached. It can also be neutralized, filtered or deodorized. All of which require chemicals like hexane. The process of making and refining these types of oils, leads to creation of fatty acids which DO NOT hold up well to high heats. In the process of being extracted from the seed these oils oxidize and turn into trans fats. The smell is so rancid that a cleaning process has to take place using bleach to deodorize it. Trans fats raise bad cholesterol (LDL) levels and lower your good (HDL) cholesterol levels. Eating trans fats accumulates in coronary artery system and increases your risk of developing heart disease and stroke gradually. It’s also associated with a higher risk of developing type 2 diabetes.
How PURE OILs are made ? And How to identify them ?
As per our ancient oil making process, oils made with bull driven ghanis in cold pressed process, where absolutely no heat is generated while pressing oils. Machinary geneates heat, thats why no machinary should be used for pressing oils. Oils should not be refined or adulterated.
Bull Driven Cold Pressed Ghani oils retain all nutrients that are required for our body to develop good cholesterol (HDL). Pure Oils are thick in color, sticky and they produce Natural Aroma. With these characteristics, you can easily differentiate between Refined Oils and PURE Oils. Once bottled, you can notice PURE Oils will have minute particles of pressed seeds settled at the bottom of the bottle.
