Returns and Refunds
Cow & Farmer is committed to our customer satisfaction with our natural and healthy products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly return the purchase price with the following terms & Conditions.
Damaged Products
Firstly, we try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition, if you do receive any that are damaged or faulty then please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will happily organize an exchange or refund.
Returns
The customer would like to return any of the items within 7 days of delivery, we will refund money for the item. Items must be returned in a saleable condition. Delivery fee $5 for returning items is borne by the customer.
